Shipping is by common carrier truck FOB our manufacturing facility in Hazleton, PA 18201. Delivery is "to the back of the truck", so it will be necessary to have someone available to move the boards into your building. Unloading and placing the boards in your building is available at an additional charge. Call Aywon at 1-800-523-6671 for additional information and prices for this service.
Most Aywon products are too large and/or too heavy to ship by UPS or FedEx. Exceptions are 1.5'x2' and 2'x3' boards and chalkboard accessories which will be sent by UPS ground.
Inspect your shipment before you sign the delivery paperwork. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and call the trucking company to report the damage. Payment for any damage during shipment will be made directly from the trucking company to you. Call Aywon at 1-800-523-6671 if it is necessary to replace damaged goods.
All prices are only for products and delivery. Aywon does not do installation.
